Exhibitors are limited to two exhibits in any one class except where noted.2. Exhibits in the Floriculture Department must have been grown by the exhibitor within the county, district or community represented by the exhibitor, except in classes forarrangements.3. Exhibits must be adequately and correctly labeled.4. Under no circumstances will flowers for exhibits be assembled in the show area.Table for assembling exhibits will be provided outside the show area.5.Containers will be furnished for cut flowers and must be used by exhibitors.6. Judges shall award first, second and third place according to merit and if without merit, no award shall be made.7. Containers must be properly marked and cleaned for display. 8. All containers must be able to be moved as a single piece. If containers are made ofmultiple parts, all parts need to be securely attached. Fair shall not be responsible forany container that is not properly constructed. 9.Large containers/plants can be brought and placed. Please make arrangements with the Fair. Vasesthat leak will be replaced or removed from show.10.Roses, except polyantha, ramblers and cluster types, should be disbudded.
